CultureCode partners with Boards and executive teams on HR & people strategy, transformation and technology, leadership coaching, and programme delivery — across New Zealand and internationally.
Leah has spent almost 30 years moving between the two — leading HRIS and ERP transformations, coaching senior leaders, and running the programmes that make change stick, across public, private and not-for-profit organisations.
Workforce and culture strategies that make change stick.
Programme-led ERP and HRIS transformation, delivered end to end.
Executive coaching that builds capability, not dependency.
Governance and delivery discipline for complex programmes.
Salesforce advisory and support that keeps the platform working for the business.
Reporting and insight that turns data into decisions.
Leah works at every level of an organisation, translating strategy into something people can actually act on.
Every engagement is grounded in delivery — plans that hold up against real budgets, timeframes and people.
Leah coaches the people around her so capability stays in the organisation after she leaves, not locked away in a notebook.
Leah is the founder of CultureCode and an executive adviser and management consultant with almost three decades' experience helping Boards and executive teams lead complex transformation.
