About Leah Carr

Partner, CultureCode

Leah is the founder of CultureCode and an executive adviser and management consultant with almost three decades' experience helping Boards and executive teams lead complex transformation. Her director-level and senior executive experience spans public, private and not-for-profit sectors in New Zealand and internationally, across portfolios including finance, marketing, IT and business intelligence, legal, and clinical service delivery — including national crisis and disaster-response leadership. This breadth of lived experience is what she now brings directly to the organisations she advises.

Career experience includes leadership roles with AgResearch, Airways New Zealand, Christchurch International Airport, Computer Concepts Ltd, STOP Services, Accessman Group, Save the Children NZ and Westpac Banking Corporation, alongside international advisory work with the Malaysian Government, MasterCard International and TelstraClear.
